Respect for People and Human Rights

We support universally recognised human rights, promote equal opportunities, and nurture an inclusive workplace environment free from discrimination, harassment, and exploitation. Child labour and forced labour are strictly prohibited. We respect personal privacy, freedom of association, and the need for balance between work and private life.

 

Business Integrity & Anti‑Corruption

Skyresponse applies a zero‑tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, kickbacks, and facilitation payments. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent, and never influence business decisions. Monetary gifts are prohibited and political contributions are not allowed.

We compete fairly, avoid conflicts of interest, and protect confidential information belonging to Skyresponse and its partners.

Data Responsibility, GDPR Compliance & Privacy-by-Design

Skyresponse processes personal data according to GDPR and other applicable laws, using strict technical and organisational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

We process data only for legitimate business purposes and in line with documented instructions from our customers when we act as a data processor. We ensure that any third‑party providers we engage are contractually bound to meet equivalent data protection and security requirements.

We also maintain secure environments, regularly test our security controls, and ensure that data is safely transferred or deleted when services end.

Skyresponse has dedicated privacy governance and provides transparent communication around data handling practices.

 

Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use AI in a responsible and secure manner to support innovation and operational efficiency. Sensitive customer information — including personal data, alarm data, and health‑related information — is never used in AI systems.

AI‑generated output is always reviewed by humans, and only enterprise‑grade, compliant AI tools are approved for internal use.

 

Confidentiality and Information Handling

We treat customer and partner information with utmost care. Strictly confidential data is handled only in secure, private environments and never in publicly accessible locations.

We safeguard corporate and personal information throughout its lifecycle.

 

Data Portability and Switching Rights (Data Act)

Skyresponse follows the principles of the EU Data Act where applicable. This means that:

 

Customers have the right to access and retrieve their data in accordance with the Data Act.


Skyresponse will provide reasonable technical assistance to enable a secure and orderly data transfer or service switching, when legally required.


Any switching process must take place in a secure, controlled, and compliant manner to protect data integrity and service continuity.

Skyresponse encourages anyone working with or for the company to raise concerns about unethical, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour. Reports may be submitted confidentially or anonymously, and retaliation is strictly prohibited.
