Exciting News!

Skyresponse has, together with our partner Chubb Fire & Security UK & Ireland, been selected as the preferred bidder in the Scottish Shared ARC Platform framework.

We are so proud, and really looking forward to help all ARC’s interested in seamlessly transitioning from Analogue to Smart Care with our cloud-based Platform.

Martin Reidevall, Co-Founder and Deputy CEO at Skyresponse said, “This is a great opportunity for Chubb and Skyresponse to bring our leading cloud-based alarm handling to service users in Scotland. This is the beginning of Smart Care implementations which over time will bring increased quality of life for the elderly people in Scotland and at the same time bring more efficient TEC services for the councils. We have been delivering these solutions in Scandinavia for 7 years now, where the municipalities are truly experiencing the benefits of new enabled technology, something that will also be experienced soon within Scottish elderly care.”

Shaun Moscrop, General Manager at Chubb, expressed his delight, saying, “Winning the Scottish Shared ARC Platform framework is an incredible endorsement for our monitoring platform, Cloud Care Control. This platform offers a true SaaS solution to all monitoring centres looking to invest in a future-proof digital platform.”

Martyn Wallace, Chief Digital Officer at the Scottish Digital Office said, “The Shared Alarm Receiving Centre Platform tender has been a massive piece of work in conjunction with Scotland Excel, Early Adopters, TEC Programme, Scottish Government, and the Digital Office Digital Telecare team. It proves that by collaborating and then disrupting with new technology and data, we can achieve and deliver even better outcomes. The Shared ARC Platform showcases sector-leading innovation and interoperability. Now we move forward towards contract award and implementation with our provider Chubb before the analogue telephony switch-off in December 2025.”

Hugh Carr, Director of Strategic Procurement for Scotland Excel, who assisted the Scottish Digital Office with the management of the tender process, added, “The proposed framework contract is the result of a detailed procurement process and is a six-year agreement. This affirms our commitment to delivering cutting-edge telecare solutions to public organisations, enhancing the well-being and safety of citizens across the nation, and supporting greater collaboration across the public sector.”
