Skyresponse, 24hr Solutions and CSL have entered a partnership to create a unique alarm service. Thanks to the DualCom Pro range from CSL, Skyresponse’s cloud-based alarm management platform and 24hr Solutions’ technical expertise and monitoring station, this will become a unique turnkey solution for alarm handling – worldwide.
New and flexible offering changes the security market
This integration supports the collaboration between CSL and their DualCom Pro alarm signalling range, that send in alarms to the Skyresponse platform, which is already integrated with the 24hr Solutions monitoring station. Instead of the historic, rigid, strict approach that has been accepted as the industry norm, 24hr Solutions can now offer a customer-led alarm management platform that is fully adaptable, customizable, and with the customers best interests in focus.
“Following our Nordic expansion, we see great potential for new types of alarm management services in the UK. By combining the skills and professionalism from 24hr Solutions, our flexible alarm management platform and the trusted technology from CSL, we have a great foundation for accelerated growth in the UK.” – Marcus Ullholm, Business Area Manager, Skyresponse AB
A unique custom service
This turnkey alarm solution will be sold, maintained and operated by the 24hr Solutions professional installers and monitoring station. Their customer-led solution provides personalised service for each and every client, which ensures that the services, responses and communication channels are exactly as required. It is added to the ‘often challenged but never beaten’ 24hr Solutions Group pricing motto, which means that it is offered to the whole market and not only to a key clientele. The tailor-made customer service ethos is the very backbone of 24hr Solutions, as it continues to develop new ways of supporting both existing and new clients with the ‘No Problems Only Solutions’ strapline.
“Thanks to the flexibility of the Skyresponse platform, we can now offer alarm signals and management with CSL to the UK market. I have worked with the DualCom Pro range in several roles before 24hr Solutions, and know for a fact that these are the best alarm signalling solutions on the market.” – Phil Turner, CEO, 24hr Solutions
About CSL products
DualCom Pro offers a simple and fast installation of professional signalling systems with great resilience. The range includes GradeShift Pro and CSL’s dual-path signalling solution, which utilises a combination of two radio paths (or one radio and one LAN path) to signal an alarm. DigiAir Pro is a single-path signalling solution utilizing a 4G radio path (or a LAN path) to signal an alarm. The radio variant also comes with a standby SIM.
“We are delighted to be working with 24hr Solutions and Skyresponse with this new integration and to be able to offer DualCom Pro to their customers. It is part of our ongoing commitment to ensure our solutions are available to all professional installers in our sector”. – Rob Evans, Sales Director, CSL
