QSF Certification from TSA
As well as being a member of the TEC Services Association, Skyresponse is now also certified according to the Quality Standards Framework (QSF).
The QSF scheme is run by TEC Quality and is the only UKAS accredited scheme for technology enabled care in the UK. All organisations that apply for TEC QSF are audited against the 10 Common Standards Modules, the heart of which focuses on the principles of User Experience, Safety, Effectiveness, Ethics and Quality.
