Louis Hedberg
Chairman of the Board of DirectorsLouis has a BSc and MBA from Gothenburg School of Economics. In 2016 he founded Louis Hedberg Investerings AB and started to invest in non-listed enterprises. Prior to that he worked at TE Connectivity as Global Account Manager. Louis started his career at Ericsson in the Netherlands. He later joined Nokia and spent 15 years in the Netherlands and Austria before returning to Sweden in 2004. During his time at Ericsson and Nokia he held a number of positions such as Regional Sales Manager, Account Director, Strategy & Business Dev Director and Head of Nordic & Baltic Local Accounts. Louis prime area of competence is Sales development, Account management and Global business management.

Thomas has over 30 years of international experience in IT software and services companies. After a 15-year career in Ericsson he was CEO for two global software companies during 7 years, EHPT AB and CMG Wireless Data Solutions BV. Then followed 9 years of executive roles in the IT services sector for Logica/CGI. Since 2013 Thomas works as an investor, he has done more than 20 investments in companies and is today Chairman of the Board in 3 of them. Education: MSc Engineering, Chalmers University of Technology; BSc Economics, Gothenburg University.

Mattias Pettersson is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building material and real estate industry. He has driven both his own family company Pettersson’s Building Materials and real estate companies with commercial premises and housing.
Mattias is also very active in the regional business community in Norr- and Västerbotten where he co-founded the local venture capital companies Startkapital in Norr, Expandera in Norr AB and most recently Northern Light Capital, NLC. Commonly for those companies is that they provide capital, skills and networks to local companies in the expansion phase. Mattias holds a BSc Business & Economics from Umeå University and has a board education focused on leadership and organization.

Patrik has more than 23 years of experience in the IT market of which the last 13 years as an entrepreneur and business angel. His competence profile is primarily in sales and marketing, however he has as well been involved in more than 10 different M&A activities in the Nordic IT Midmarket. In his early career Patrik worked as a sales manager for Kyocera Sweden and as a Global Enterprise Account Manager for Hewlett and Packard (HP). He holds a Diploma in Marketing from the IHM Business School. Since late 2018 Patrik works full-time as an investor out of his family office and he adds experience and funding to IT companies with proven strong growth opportunities.

Ib has experiences from employment in both large and mid-size international organisations. The establishment of both partnerships such as Distributors / Agents / Dealers and subsidiaries have provided a great understanding of culture and a rewarding insight into international culture and business. Industry competencies in IT, technology, and electronics and in general ‘business to business’. In recent years Ib has specialised in Fintech and Healthcare.
Ib has also extensive experience and interest in general management, strategic business development, internationalisation, and sales management of internationally oriented growth / technology companies with development and production, predominantly export and sales through distributors and / or subsidiaries.
Steve Smith
Steve has over 30 years of senior executive experience within the technology enabled care (TEC) and communication network sectors. Steve has been in MD/CEO roles in some of the most recognised companies in the TEC’s sector; Modern Vitalcall, Tunstall Group, Cirrus (now Appello), AlwaysON, and following a leverage buyout Steve became an owner and CEO of Welbeing. Following the sale of the Welbeing business to Doro AB Steve was appointed into the new role of Vice President of Care where he was responsible for the development of this new division managing telecare alarm receiving centres in the UK, Sweden, and Norway as well as care product sales on a world-wide basis. Whilst in this role Steve instigated and managed a number of acquisitions as well as developing the long-term strategic development plan for the business.
Steve now holds a number of executive and non-executive directorships including an executive director role in TECS Advisory.
Steve holds an both a Diploma of Higher Education in Business Management and an MBA from the Open University Business School in the UK.
