Viser has signed an agreement with Ekerö Municipality to provide home care alarm handling as a service. The service ensures that people living in their own homes and apartments get a rapid response around the clock to alarms using a modern solution supported by Skyresponse technology. Viser’s care alarm function consists of a completely digital alarm chain that extends from the home right through to the mobile devices carried by care staff. This means that alarms and interactions are handled and followed up correctly since the entire alarm management process is now completely digital – from the user pressing an alarm button until the alarm is remedied. The process is handled completely by appropriate local staff via an app in their smartphones.
Today there are 60 users in the system and before the summer, all 350 domiciliary care residents currently in the municipality will be using the system.
