– Essential

This is a package for situations where alarm handling normally is a background activity, for example in a reception where alarms are less frequent. The package only requires a computer with internet access and you just have to pay a monthly fee for each alarm transmitter you connect to the alarm handling. The package includes:

  • Access to a complete, cloud based, alarm handling system. The alarm queue is handled by a small program – an alarm monitor – run in background mode on the operator’s computer and showing incoming alarms at the top of the computer screen.
  • Access to the web based Skyresponse:admin system for administration of users with alarm transmitters and operators
  • License for a total of 5 operators and administrators to log in
  • Online documentation and self study material
  • e-mail support*
  • 24/7 phone support for technical problems*

Skyresponse:central
– Dedicated

This is a package for situations having workplaces with dedicated operators handling alarms, e.g. in a response centre. The package only requires a computer with internet access and you just have to pay a monthly fee for each alarm transmitter you connect to the alarm handling. The package includes:

  • Access to a complete, cloud based, alarm handling system with integrated alarm queues and a user friendly, graphical, user interface.
  • Access to the web based Skyresponse:admin system for administration of users with alarm transmitters and operators
  • License for a total of 5 operators and administrators to log in
  • 5 hours telephone support when starting up the service
  • Online documentation and self study material
  • e-mail support*
  • 24/7 phone support for technical problems*

Skyrepsonse:central
– Enterprise

This is our most comprehensive package including both company specific branding of colours and logos and tailor made user interfaces with alarm handling processes made to fit the needs of your organization. You only need a computer with internet access to get access to the full functionality of Skyresponse:central – Enterprise.
