The City of Gothenburg, the second largest city of Sweden, operates its own response center for home care staff. The response centre receives calls and responds to some 45 000 alarms every month from residential users with special phones. The city decided to replace all of its older response center systems with a modern response center solution from Telenta and Skyresponse, where Skyresponse provides the open, digital, platform for the alarm handling from 10 000 users.
